BASSHANGER.COM  provides a general warranty for it's unit against defects in material and workmanship, provided the following:

• The unit is purchased direct from the manufacturer.
• The unit is used in the way it was intended.
• The unit has not been altered in any way, or damaged by misuse.
• The warranty is provided only to the original purchaser.

Directions for Returning THE "BASSHANGER" for Warranty Consideration or Replacement Parts

Submit to us at lmartin@basshanger.com, the following information:
• Name
• Address
• City, State, Zip
• Phone
• E-mail address
• Approximate date of purchase
• Location of purchase
• Statement of what the problem seems to be

When approved you will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Once you have received your RA number, send(freight prepaid) THE "BASSHANGER", approximate purchase price(which cannot exceed our current retail price), or original receipt, to the following address:

BASSHANGER.COM is not responsible for damaged instruments provided the following:

• The method in which the purchaser attaches THE "BASSHANGER" to the cabinet is incorrect.
• The strength or condition of the cabinet it is placed on is poor.
• Any damage resulting from the stability, or lack thereof, or the placement of the cabinet.

BASSHANGER.COM is not responsible for marking a guitar provided the following:

• If a different hanger was used to previously hang your guitar.
• If the tubing was cleaned with a solution prior to hanging your guitar.
• If the tubing is removed.

At this time there is no discerning information regarding guitar finishes and marks from this product. Inspect your headstock periodically for marks. Contact us for information.
